General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all users and clients who book services through the website, phone, or email.

The user must be at least 18 years old and legally competent.

The company provides executive transportation, chauffeur service, airport reception, private trips, and corporate mobility services.

A booking is considered confirmed only after official confirmation from the company.

The company reserves the right to upgrade or switch to an equivalent or higher vehicle category when operationally required.

Waiting time starts from the scheduled pickup time in the booking.

A free waiting period up to 15 minutes is allowed, then additional charges apply.

Cancellation before 48 hours: no charge.

Cancellation within 24 hours may result in a deduction.

Cancellation within 12 hours may result in no refund.

A service credit may be issued instead of a cash refund.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may include VAT depending on the quoted offer.

The customer must preserve vehicle condition and comply with applicable rules and instructions.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond control such as traffic, weather, or emergency breakdowns.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Riyadh courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
