2. Passenger responsibility
- Wear seatbelt throughout the trip.
- Do not distract or disturb the driver while driving.

3. Personal belongings responsibility
- The company is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings inside the vehicle or during the trip.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they collect all belongings before leaving the vehicle.
4. Company liability limits
- Company responsibility ends when the passenger is dropped off at the booked destination.
- The company is not liable for delays due to traffic, accidents, weather, official closures, emergencies, or force majeure.
5. Accidents and emergencies

- The company fully cooperates with official authorities and insurance providers as required by regulations.
6. Unacceptable behavior
- The company may refuse service or terminate the trip in case of aggressive behavior, inappropriate conduct, vehicle damage, legal violations, or endangerment of trip safety.
